    Secrets: 

    Did you know that keeping secrets are actually bad for your mental health? 

We all have secrets, I have tons. But I've noticed that when I keep secrets in, I tend to get anxious and hyper-aware of things going on around me. 

  Please read these articles.

    In the past, I have kept a Diary,  but it really wasn't it was just a journal. And I wrote and wrote, I wrote for hours. I would write for like 2-3 hours getting all my secrets and the things that were bothering me out on paper. Then I would re-read them like a week later, and find that I didn't really feel like it was a secret anymore. I felt relieved that I could let it all out. 
    After about a month or so after doing that day after day, I saw that I didn't need to write it all down anymore. I literally let go of all the secrets and didn't let them keep a hold of me anymore. 
    Then after another month or 2, of not writing anything, I decided to share the Diary with my best friend and soon later even my parents. 
    After I showed them I felt relieved and tons of weight lifted off my shoulders.
