    A Loveable Soul 

My soul, it flutters, 

My heart feels light, 

I can’t withhold this feeling, 

A feeling with much insight, 

My head starts to spin, 

Round and round it goes,

He takes my arm, 

One around my waist, 

And the other entwined with my fingers, 

He glides me across the floor, 

A smile upon his face, 

His sweeps me off my feet, 

He pulls me in close, 

I follow his lead, 

He dances me round and round,

My love for him prances freely, 

His lips come close, 

Mine move forward,

They press together, 

We move in sync, 

He fades away, 

For it was only a dream, 

A dream that I desperately need.
